For this to occur, you must have fulfilled your legal duties as a driver of the vehicle at the time of the accident.

All electric cars in SPARK are insured against theft and traffic accidents. 

In the event of an insurance event due to the user's fault, a deductible and/or the stipulated penalties are due according to the General Terms and conditions. 

In the event of an insured event for which the user is not at fault, no deductible is due. 

Users with an activated Supercharged plan have full insurance coverage and do not owe a deductible, even in the event of an at-fault insured event. 

Please, act in accordance with the Rules of Road Traffic, other legal acts of the Republic of Bulgaria and the SPARK Terms of Service. In case of a traffic accident or under any circumstances after damaging the car, you must immediately inform emergency services by calling 112 and notify SPARK by calling +359 2 419 3476. Wait for the arrival of our representative and follow the instructions you will receive.

The user is obligated to pay to Ride Share Bulgaria or the INSURER the full amount of the damage in the following cases:

• when driving the SPARK vehicle after consuming alcohol in excess of the permitted by law limits or under the influence of a narcotic substance or its analogue,
• the driver has refused to submit to, or evaded, a test for alcohol, a narcotic substance or its analogue, as well as after the driver of the insured motor vehicle has taken medication or nutritional supplements, the taking of which is contraindicated for driving,
• when driving a SPARK vehicle by a person who does not possess or has lost the right to possess a driving license for a vehicle, including by a person deprived by judicial or administrative order of the right to drive a motor vehicle
