Payment is made upon purchasing a long-term offer. The package is activated as soon as you unlock the car. While the package is active, you can view details about it in the app, including the period, trip start time, and duration.
You can use SPARK cars for as long as you need. If you plan to cover more distance, consider long-term offers with included kilometers at a fixed price.
To select a long-term offer, log into the app and choose a car from the map. Then select "Long Term Offers" to view the available packages for 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 14, or 30 days.
When choosing a long-term offer, you'll be charged the full price upfront when unlocking the vehicle through the app.
It's important not to end your user session. Lock the electric car using the key or remote control to keep it reserved for the duration of your purchased package.

If you wish to extend your trip, you can purchase a new long-term offer while your current one is still active. You may extend your trip multiple times.
To extend your long-term package, click "Extend long-term package," select a new package, and click "Extend." Your new package will begin immediately after your current package expires.
Example: You plan a 7-day trip. You activate a 3-day package. While it's still active, you purchase a 2-day package. Then, while the second package is active, you purchase a third 2-day package.
The extended package's amount will be charged to your payment card immediately upon confirmation. In the mobile app, you can view your package details at any time, including the duration, trip start date, and remaining validity.
The trip can be completed earlier than the end of the long-term offer period by ending the session with a click on "End your session". Note that if you end the session, the package is canceled, and you cannot continue using it.
