If you want to use SPARK for a whole day, you have two options: choose a standard service use or a 1-day package. 

With the 1-day package, you have an electric car for 24 hours and kilometers included. 

With standard usage, the 24-hour/daily session is automatically activated when the daily rate amount for the corresponding electric car model is reached. When activating a daily session, the car is available to the user for 24 hours from its unlocking, and the price includes unlimited charging in our partner network Eldrive throughout the country. 

In the case of a daily session, the user is not charged additionally for time, but only for the kilometers traveled according to the tariffs for the respective electric car. It's visible in the mobile application and on the website.

The system will try to charge your card a few times. Please add more money to your card so you can keep using the service. 

All prices for individual services and for time and kilometer components are indicated in the app and on the website. 

Additional costs may arise for:

• Violation of the usage rules of the SPARK cars - see section Penalties in the General Terms and Conditions. 

• Ending the session in another city for which the intercity fee applies. 

• When ending a session in a purple parking zone (marked as such on the map). 

• When reserving an electric car for longer than the time of the free reservation (the price is visible when choosing the extension period). 

The price is calculated based on two components: the time you used the car and the kilometers traveled. The price per minute and kilometer is different for the electric car model.

Also, different models have different 24-hour flat rates. They are applied automatically under the following mechanism:

When the 24-hour amount is reached for the time component, the counter stops and you will not be charged for the remaining time until 24 hours have passed since the start of the session.

Standard per-minute rates then apply until the 24-hour flat rate is reached again. This applies to each day started.

The amount for kilometers traveled is charged according to the corresponding tariff per kilometer for the electric car model.

Example:

If you use an e-Up! the fixed price for 24 hours is € 28. Upon reaching this amount, you will no longer be charged for the "time" component until the end of the 24-hour period.

If the session lasts more than 24 hours, the same mechanics will apply for each day started. The rate for kilometers traveled does not change and you pay for each kilometer traveled according to the rate for the electric car model.

You can park SPARK for free in the following locations:

• Blue and Green zones (except for private parking lots)
• Parking lots of indicated partner locations
• SPARK areas marked on the mobile app map

Important Note: An additional fee applies for parking in purple zones, as indicated in the app. This fee is only charged to Standard plan users. SPARK Pro, Recharged, and Supercharged subscribers park for free in purple zones.

If you start your session in one city and end it in another, you will be charged an intercity fee, regardless of which direction you traveled between Sofia and Plovdiv. 

For trips from Radinovo industrial zone to Plovdiv and vice versa, no fee is due. The city of Bankya is a purple zone and a parking fee is due if you end your session there.

Payment is made with the bank card added to your account or via a voucher. Billing occurs after session termination. 

When purchasing long-term packages, billing is done at the start of the session (unlocking the electric car). 

If you have active vouchers in your account, the service is automatically paid with them until they are used up.
