The advantages of SPARK Pro are that it gives you access to all models of electric cars under the same conditions and allows you to drive unlimited kilometers and trips, within 90 minutes for each day of the membership. After the daily limit of minutes is exhausted, you travel at more favorable prices - according to the Recharged plan.
SPARK Pro is available as a weekly and monthly plan that automatically renews upon expiration. Termination of the subscription is possible at any time, continuing to enjoy the benefits until the end of the already paid period.

You can activate, change, or cancel a subscription plan from the My Membership section of the mobile application.
By choosing the SPARK Pro subscription plan, you agree to make periodic payments from your payment card.
You can cancel your SPARK Pro subscription at any time and switch to other plans. The preferential conditions for the SPARK service will be valid until the expiry of the already-paid membership period.
Yes, you can. If you need a SPARK car for a longer period, you can choose a long-term offer from SPARK. When a daily pack is activated, the SPARK Pro subscription is paused.
For example:
With an active SPARK Pro weekly subscription that starts at 12:00 on a Monday, your next payment will be at 12:00 the following Monday.
If you choose a 2-day package with 200 km included on Saturday, your SPARK Pro subscription will be suspended from the start of the long-term package until the end of the session.
Your SPARK Pro subscription will be renewed when you complete your session and will be extended by the same number of days that were included in the selected long-term package.
In the 2-day example given, your SPARK Pro subscription will be extended by 2 days, so your next payment will be due on Wednesday instead of Monday.
No, for each day of the subscription plan, you have 90 minutes. The included minutes counter is reset at 00:00 every day.
If you are in an active session at 00:00, you will automatically be switched to the Recharged plan prices, regardless of whether you have exceeded your limit for the past day.
To reset the counter for the new day, you must end your session and start a new one.
When you unlock the car and start your session, you will see in real-time your remaining minutes for the day. In the "My Membership" section, you will find the same information.
If you have difficulty finding the minutes, contact the Customer Support Center.
If you use up daily SPARK Pro minutes, Recharged plan pricing will automatically apply. So, you can use higher-class cars at lower prices per minute.
Any new session on the same day after this limit is exceeded will be charged at Recharged plan prices.
The minutes counter will reset after 23:59 on the same day and you will have a new 90 minutes for each day until the end of your active subscription period.
