SPARK with A1 plan

The program allows A1 customers to activate SPARK from the "Select Services" tab in their profile via the mobile app or My A1 web portal, linking it to their mobile voice service. This provides one personal account with a free one-hour use of SPARK per month. There are no limits on kilometers or the number of trips you can take. The allotted hour can be used for several short trips or one longer trip.

The partnership with A1 covers the costs of travel within 1 hour per month, regardless of the vehicle chosen and the kilometers traveled for that hour. It is valid from the moment of starting to the moment of ending the session.  

Additional services, such as reservations longer than 15 minutes and parking in locations with an additional fee for ending a session (e.g., Sofia Airport), are not included in the A1 program and are paid for additionally by you. 

A1 customers with a mobile tariff plan from A1's current portfolio from 2024, who are eligible to activate free services from the "Select Services" tab, can benefit. The preferential 1-hour usage is valid once per billing month for one personal account.

You can take advantage of the preferential conditions by following these simple steps:  

  1. Log in to My A1, tab "Select Services".  
  2. Select the SPARK service and activate it.  
  3. You will receive an SMS on your phone with a special link. Click on the link to enter your SPARK profile or create a new one if you don't have one.  

There you will see a screen with the A1 logo and a visualization of the available driving time. Then select and use a car of your choice.

Before using the service, make sure that your SPARK profile has the mobile number entered to which the service was activated through My A1.  

After the steps described above are completed, using SPARK is done directly through the service's app. After using the preferential 1 hour, subsequent billing is according to the pricing for using the SPARK service. 

You could change the free positions and select SPARK, and the preferential 1 free hour of usage will be activated from the following month. 

Yes. If you don't have a SPARK profile, when you receive the SMS with the link, you will first be redirected to the App Store or Google Play to download the SPARK app. In this case, there is no registration fee when registering in SPARK.  

After registering, you can take advantage of the available 1 hour of driving. 

When a daily package is activated, the time from A1 is paused and resumes after the daily package expires. 

Yes. If you are a SPARK Pro subscriber, the time provided by A1 is added to the driving time from SPARK Pro, with priority given to the daily minutes of the subscription plan.  

When the daily minutes from SPARK Pro and the free additional 1 hour are exhausted, the plan rates apply. 

You can use your A1 bonus by making several shorter trips. In the SPARK mobile app, you can track the balance of available minutes to use them fully. 

If you travel more than 1 hour  

After your trip exceeds 1 hour, the per-minute and per-kilometer rates according to the plan you have chosen - Standard, SPARK Pro, Recharged, or Supercharged - will be applied. 

If you travel less than 1 hour per month  

If your total trips for the month are less than 1 hour, unused minutes are not carried over to the next month. According to A1 rules, SPARK cannot compensate you for unused time. 

No, A1 Select services can be used only once per month. After the limit is exhausted, you continue to use SPARK according to the service's pricing.  

However, you can choose a weekly or monthly SPARK Pro subscription in the SPARK app, which gives you an additional 1.5 hours of driving each day.
