Everything is done through the mobile application.
To unlock your reserved electric vehicle, press the "Unlock" button in the application.
To lock the car without ending the session (e.g., you need to run an errand), use the car key or the remote.
To end the session, leave the key and documents in the glove box, take your personal belongings, exit the vehicle, and press the "Lock" button in the application.
You can transport children in child seats, as stated in the Road Traffic Act.
Almost all SPARK cars, except for the Nissan Cargo eNV-200 models, are equipped with a booster seat for children between 15 and 35 kg. You will find it in the trunk of the car or in the back seat.
All electric cars have an ISOFIX base, so you can install your personal child seat. This is a convenient option, especially for longer trips and outside-the-city trips.

No, the SPARK team is responsible for washing and maintaining the electric cars.
To ensure a pleasant experience for the other SPARK users, please avoid leaving waste or packaging in the cars.
If you find a car that needs cleaning, please report it through the mobile application.
If the remaining range is over 10 km and you no longer need the vehicle, you can end your session anywhere within the SPARK zones.
If the remaining range is less than 10 km or you still need the car, locate the nearest charging station using the SPARK mobile app. To do this, select "Charge" on the main screen.
Charging time can vary from 20 minutes to several hours, depending on the charging station type. Please plan your trip accordingly.
NB! Please note that the Renault Zoe cannot be charged at a fast DC charging station
The car documents include free parking cards for some of our partner locations.
Use these cards only to enter or exit the car park without taking tickets.
At most partner locations, an access card is not required. The barrier is either lifted by a security guard or requires a ticket. In these cases, follow the rules set by the location owner.
