All electric cars in SPARK are insured against theft and traffic accidents. 

In the event of an insurance event due to the user’s fault, a deductible and/or the stipulated penalties are due according to the General Terms and conditions. 

In the event of an insured event for which the user is not at fault, no deductible is due. 

Users with an activated Supercharged plan have full insurance coverage and do not owe a deductible, even in the event of an at-fault insured event.
