Yes. If you have “No Accident Penalties (3 items)” activated with a long-term offer, you will pay a fixed daily price in addition to the offer cost, depending on the number of days in the offer. 

If your trip extends beyond the days in the offer, the standard hourly rates and the corresponding maximum daily price will apply.
