Charging at Eldrive stations

Charging at Eldrive network stations is activated based on the station type.

• Standard AC Stations

  • Plug the charging cable into the car’s charging port or socket.
  • Call our 24/7 support center to initiate or end the charging session.

• Fast DC Stations (CCS Connector)

  • Simply plug the CCS connector into the car.
  • Charging starts automatically.
  • Use the “STOP” button on the station display to end the session.

• Fast DC Stations (ChaDeMo Connector)

  • Call our 24/7 support center at +359 2 419 34 76 to initiate remote charging.

NB! The Renault Zoe can only be charged at standard AC stations, with a maximum charging speed of 22 kW per hour.

You can also charge your vehicle at private charging stations outside our partner network Eldrive. However, please ensure compatibility with your vehicle and be prepared to pay for the charging service.
