Electric cars are virtually silent – remember that pedestrians may not hear you. 

Electric cars are significantly more dynamic and accelerate faster than comparable internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles. Please be mindful of this when driving for the first time, especially if you’ve chosen the BMW i3. 

Electric cars have automatic transmissions. To start them, you have to simultaneously press the brake and turn the key (or press the START button). Some models, like the Dacia Spring, require you to put the vehicle in neutral (N).
