You can take advantage of the preferential conditions by following these simple steps:  

1. Log in to My A1, tab “Select Services”.  
2. Select the SPARK service and activate it.  
3. You will receive an SMS on your phone with a special link. Click on the link to enter your SPARK profile or create a new one if you don’t have one.  

There you will see a screen with the A1 logo and a visualization of the available driving time. Then select and use a car of your choice.

Before using the service, make sure that your SPARK profile has the mobile number entered to which the service was activated through My A1.  

After the steps described above are completed, using SPARK is done directly through the service’s app. After using the preferential 1 hour, subsequent billing is according to the pricing for using the SPARK service.
