If you are a new SPARK customer and have not accumulated points so far, go to the “eGO points” menu and press the button to join the loyalty program (“Start”). By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you will be able to collect points that can be exchanged for various rewards.

If you are an existing SPARK customer and already have accumulated eGO points, you need to transfer your points to the new loyalty program. This is done by going to the “eGO points” menu and pressing the button to transfer points, while agreeing to the program’s Terms and Conditions.
