Everything is done through the mobile application.  

To unlock your reserved electric vehicle, press the “Unlock” button in the application.  

To lock the car without ending the session (e.g., you need to run an errand), use the car key or the remote.  

To end the session, leave the key and documents in the glove box, take your personal belongings, exit the vehicle, and press the “Lock” button in the application.
